GOLF NORTH HILLS: Policies, Terms and Local Rules

Cart Rental Policy: renter must have a valid driver's license to rent and drive golf carts, following the State of Arkansas Safe driving laws; Driving within 15 feet of greens, within 15 feet of teeing areas and in wooded areas is prohibited (unless there is a dedicated path). A maximum of 2 persons per cart and each player must have a set of golf clubs. Carts are to be driven safely and with caution for the current conditions of the course, avoiding wet areas and rough places. Renter is financially responsible for any damage done to the cart or to the course from unsafe or reckless driving. Persons determined to be intoxicated while driving a GNH cart will be asked to leave, barred from returning, and reported to the Craighead County Sheriff's office. Due to conflicting insurance terms, no personal carts will be allowed on GNH.

Lost Items Policy: If we know who the owner is, we will make one attempt to return a lost item. Lost clubs will be displayed near the front door until picked up.

Beverage Cooler and Drink Container Policy: Soft sided beverage coolers that can fit in the storage space behind the seat of the carts are welcome. Small 6 pack hard sided beverage containers are allowed. No large hard sided containers will be allowed. No glass containers of any type are allowed on the GNH grounds. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave and barred from returning for a period of time at the discretion of the owner or manager on duty.

Children and Youth Policy: Children aged 5 years and under are not allowed on the golf course, but may play on the practice green when accompanied by an adult at no charge. Children aged 6 years through 12 years old may play golf for free when accompanied by an adult. At no time shall children under the age of 16 be allowed to play on the course without an adult, whether walking or riding. Groups of children shall be no larger than 4 persons, including the adult.
